By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all the conditions set in this Store Policy.

Orders will be fulfilled within 14 days of purchase.
All sold items are non-refundable and non-returnable once the preorder period ends.
No part of this zine, including the digital PDF, may be resold.

Shipping

We currently aren't able to ship to the following countries:
- Afghanistan, Belarus, Brazil, Central African Republic, Israel, Laos, New Caledonia, Niue, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen
- This list is subject to change based on the US postal services.
The buyer is responsible for all additional fees that apply, such as import tax, VAT or others. All products will be shipped as "sale of goods", so if your country collects additional taxes, be prepared to pay for them. Returned packages due to the buyer not paying these fees will not be refunded.
Products will be shipped from the United States.
Digital purchases will be sent out within 14 days of purchase via email, using the buyer's provided email address, from the email address: genshinmlmregionzine (at) gmail (dot) com. Please ensure you whitelist our email to receive your purchase.
All digital orders unclaimed before July 31st, 2025 will be reputed abandoned and unclaimable.

We are not responsible for issues with packages that are caused by wrong addresses or old addresses given by the buyer, issues with your local shipping service, or packages not being picked up on time. Unclaimed packages returned to the sender may be resent at the buyer's expense.
Issues due to faulty packaging must be signaled to us via email within 7 days of the order being received, with an unboxing video/picture proof of damaged packaging.
